"Not read" notifications
hi *,
I have a problem with one user from my Exchange organization. Each Sunday at ~12:00 pm she receives "Not read"notification for mails that were sent some time ago.
Tried what is described in the article bellow but with no success.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/222163
Organization is Windows 2008 Server, Microsoft Exchange 2007, Outlook 2007.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks !

She can stop asking for read receipts on everything she sends. When
someone deletes a message that asks for a read receipt without the
message having been read she'll get those notices.

Hi,
Does the issue only happen on single recipient? Does the user have any delegate user or rule?
Please compare the output of the “Get-Mailbox” and “Get-MailboxCalendarSettings” between the problematic recipient and the working recipient,
check if there’s difference.
Meanwhile, please temporarily disable Outlook rules to check the result.
If the issue occurs after performing a "Mark All as Read" operation, please also refer to the following article:

Is that the time your automated mailbox manager runs?
